Derbyshire Fire and Rescue have an exciting opportunity for a Tri-Service Business Systems Project Manager to join the team.

Location: Derbyshire Fire & Rescue HQ, Butterley Hall, Ripley, Derbyshire

Salary: £49,501 – £52,234 per annum

Job Type: Full Time – Fixed term for 2 years – 37 hours per week

Tri-Service Business Systems Project Manager – The Role:

The Tri-Service, a collaboration between Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Services, has an exciting and challenging opportunity for an experienced Business Systems Project Manager to carry out an end-to end system replacement of our 999 Call Command and Control mobilisation system.

This critical ‘Blue Light’ system must ensure the Tri-Service manages and responds to emergencies in the most effective and appropriate way, processing initial 999 calls, and mobilising the necessary emergency resources to the wide range of incidents Firefighters respond to.  You will be responsible for leading all elements of this multi-faceted project, from project initiation through to implementation.

There is a requirement for some travel around the Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire regions for which a pool car can be provided.

Tri-Service Business Systems Project Manager – Benefits:
