Salary £22,880

Fantastic development opportunity for an experienced Senior Support Worker!

We are seeking experienced care and support practitioners with some supervisory experience and a Level 2 in Health and Social Care, for an exciting opportunity as a Team Leader, overseeing a residential home and a supported living service, supporting people with learning disabilities.

You will take a lead role in the daily running of the 2 services, supervising and mentoring support workers to ensure residents receive person-centred support in accordance with their care plans. You will also carry out support, enabling people who have a range of needs including to enjoy a full and active life.

The role will involve working to a shift rota, so you will need to be comfortable working flexibly including working some unsociable hours. You will also need to hold a Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care.
