We have 2 x 20 hours posts for this service

We want an enthusiastic individual to join and work with us to provide great support to people with learning disabilities who live in their own homes. 

We provide support to individuals who live together in shared houses and also to people that live on their own.

We want to employ someone that believes having a learning disability should not stop people having the chance to live life to the max. You need to be motivated and believe you can work to change things. We have changed people’s lives for the better and have been rated as an outstanding service in our CQC inspections. 

The people we support have said they want their support workers to have a “great personality, great sense of humour and great respect!”

We are able to offer a 20-hour contract. Flexibility is a must as you will need to be available to work across various locations with differing shifts. These will include days, evenings and weekends. You will also need to sleep in as required, payment for sleep ins is competitive and compliant with National Living Wage requirements .

This role does require you to have access to your own car and use it for travelling in the community.
