SIMS School Administrator required Sept 2020 – temp contract
Part time – Evington, Leicester

Your new role
I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Large Primary school based in the heart Leicester City. This role is a temp contract. You will be working up to 16 hours a week over 5 days.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience working within a school and with the SIMS.You must have an enhanced DBS in hand or willing to process one and you must be immediately available. You will be working amongst the School Admin team in a busy front office.
The school have professional, hardworking and friendly staff working to ensure all pupils receive an excellent standard of education in order that they may attain excellent standards of achievement. They expect the School Office staff to consider themselves a valuable part of our team and to have the same work ethos.
Experience and proven knowledge of effective use of the computer
An ability to copy figures accurately into tables and manipulate data.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, the Internet
Experience of using SIMS program
Experience of administration duties and skills
Experience of clerical/administrative duties, eg. filing, record keeping
Basic knowledge and experience of financial procedures as described in job description.
Communicate effectively with adults and children at all levels
