Ensure Protection is an Independent Financial Adviser specialist with ambitions to become a multifaceted service provider. Joining a team of six telesales colleagues, in a new office, you’ll be trained in all the methodology and terminology.

All you need is some existing industry experience in a customer/client-facing, telephone-based role. You’ll have dealt with the ebbs and flows of questions and telephone conversation. You can think on your feet – and then speak.
This role involves following up leads and calling people who are interested in speaking to someone about their life insurance needs. You’ll discuss and compare policies. You’ll complete pre-information and basic medial questions.
To succeed? It’s nothing flashy. It’s not about sales spiel or pally patter. It’s not ‘How are you today, mate?’. It’s friendly but professional. We’ll help you stand out for the right reasons.
