Job Description

Our client is a well established, highly respected business, supplying professional services to a wealth of industries including construction, healthcare, etc. They are currently recruiting for a proactive Sales Coordinator to support existing clients and Regional Account Managers. The role also requires someone who can take every opportunity presented to increase customer spending and have the confidence to source equipment from third party suppliers when required. General duties will entail:

* Identifying existing clients for a proactive sales call

* Dealing with telephone enquiries

* Updating the system with current actions

* Preparing all sales documentation

* Supplier liaison

* Contribute towards monthly targets

* Constantly review fleet availability

* Liaison with Accounts, Marketing, Hire Desk etc

* Addressing customer queries and problems

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate success working in a similar role and that you will be confident with IT including Excel. Additionally, you should be a team player with great communication skills and be adept at building relationships both with clients and colleagues.
