REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – HVAC SECTOR – GENEROUS UNCAPPED COMMISSION
Our client is a leading business and specialist in the HVAC sector. They have ambitious growth plans and now require a Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for the Midlands region and surrounding areas.
We are keen to speak with candidates who demonstrate experience within a consultative sales role and specifically within the HVAC sector. The role would suit candidates who are driven and keen to develop their industry knowledge as support will be provided in relation to technical information and product ranges.

SALES MANAGER – ROLE PROFILE
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting the company portfolio of products, generating sales leads, identifying new projects and following up on the in house generated sales leads in line with agreed targets.
The role will involve working closely with specialist consultant M&E engineers, local authorities and Installers in addition to providing sales quotations and technical assistance.
SALES MANAGER – PERSON SPECIFICATION
Proven track record in generating new business, following up on warm leads and identifying new projects
Experience within the HVAC sector is ESSENTIAL
Strong relationship builder with a consultative sales style
Well organised and self-motivated
Full UK driving licence
