Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Coordinator



Monday to Friday, early finish on Friday

Salary is up to £ 28, 000 DOE

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Coordinator

Responsibilities :

Preparation of important documentation for approval and sign off, including review of Component/Product Drawings, Procedures, Build Instructions.
Maintain the Company Reference Standards database.
Responsible for full control of the Companywide Workwear and PPE system.
Control and update of departmental purchasing log and purchase orders.
Preparation of Monthly Management Reports, monthly local business KPI's, preparation of Monthly Corporate KPI's.
Conducting Corporate database (QSYS) related updates and system amendments.
Provide assistance to the QHSE team with regards to departmental operating systems.
Involvement with internal and corporate functions regarding IT interfaces linked to QHSE related databases.
Issue updates to the QHSE Management System.
Issuing Meeting Minutes, organise meetings and travel arrangements
Maintain departmental schedules, meetings, holidays, attendance records.
Manage departmental training activities and associated records.
Develop and lead the upkeep of a Customer Questionnaire Database and complete associated requests for information.
Assist in conducting Risk Assessments and Internal Audits (training available).Requirements:

A good understanding and working knowledge of QHSE activities within a manufacturing or engineering environment is essential
Awareness of the requirements of ISO9001, ISO17025, ISO14001 & ISO45001
Understanding of Health, Safety & Environment activities within a business environment
Possess excellent PC skills, a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Positive and excellent administrative acumen
Motivated with a thorough, methodical, and logical approach to work
Able to communicate clearly at all levels and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A good team player that can meet set deadlines.
