Purchasing Administrator – £19k – West Bridgford

The Purchasing Administrator will be working within a buzzing office environment at the heart of the Purchasing department. The Purchasing Administrator will be the driving force in co-ordinating any administration-related issues, liaising with warehouse, sales as well as suppliers as well as getting involved in order processing and chasing accounting issues. Candidates will be accustomed to working in a fast-moving environment working both on internal systems as well as Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, Outlook and more.
Candidates will require a minimum of 2 years' experience within a administration or purchasing role and be able to demonstrate a strong and professional telephone manner, ideally within a fast-moving environment. To be considered candidates will need to have a strong computing proficiency as well as daily experience working with Microsoft Excel.
