ROLE: Packer


HOURS OF WORK: Monday – Friday (Apply online only) / (Apply online only) (Rotating)

BASIC SALARY: £410 per week

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS: Overtime pay, 30 days holiday, paid breaks, death in service, career progression.

Our client is seeking a Packer to join their organisation based in Corby on a permanent basis. Be part of a well invested €400m European food group with a brand new Corby based state of the art factory with the capability for further growth driven by new product and business development and manufacturing efficiencies.

In this Packer role, you will be responsible for:

Working as part of a team to ensure packing, labelling and palletisation of finished product meet the standards set out by each Customer
To support production areas when requested
To ensure that the machine is in a safe working condition and that health and safety rules are adhered to at all times.In order to be successful as a Packer you must:

Experience within in a production / manufacturing environment essential
A keen eye and understanding of process and continuous improvement
Flexible to change as the business continues to grow
Good communication, both written and verbal with a good command of the English languageQualifications – Not essential but desirable

HACCP Level 1/2
Food Safety Level 2
