My client, a nationwide housing developer are currently recruiting for an Office/Administrative Assistant to work at their busy regional head office, assisting and working closely with a number of teams within the business.
The duties will be varied, with no day the same as the previous and will include data entry, processing orders, general office tasks, occasional reception cover as well as any new duties each individual team may need you to assist with.
Full training will be provided; however, experience working within a busy office environment will be an advantage.
The successful applicant would need to be highly organised, with sharp attention to detail and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Applicants must be IT Literate, experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel is desirable. Applicants must also have a polite telephone manner. Working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
