Job Description

My client based in Corby is recruiting an experienced L&D Co-ordinator on a contract basis (12 months) to cover maternity leave. Working within the Sales Department the role supports the Sales Operations Manager to design and deliver Learning and Development strategy to a network of Independent Consultants. You will also create content, design material to upload onto online training platform, monitor and manage learning and development statistics and co-ordinate with UK Sales Team to leverage content for Consultants and provide expertise, advice, and direction on learning content

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Create content and manage LMS eLearning system in line with the training team and training strategy
Implement new development programmes and learning journeys and initiatives
Identify opportunities to promote the company and their learning and development practices
Create learning and development material to deliver for Consultant learning and development
Develop training materials to build capability of different Consultant levels within the business – people management soft skills and Policies and Procedures
Undertake appropriate projects as required. Manage projects to successful and timely conclusions, providing written reports and statistical analyses as required
To provide statistics, data information and report on learning and development
To complete external research, prepare proposals for the business to look at new approaches
To book and liaise with providers if learning and development content needs to be outsourced
Be familiar with the roles across the business to enable content to be fit for purpose
To fully understand all aspects of a direct sales, compensation plan and Consultant ways of working to create relevant material
To understand and uphold all company Policies and Procedures
Attend meetings and follow up on action points as required
Comply with all relevant internal rules, policy and procedures, including those relating to Health and Safety, Data Protection etc, and all those contained within the issued Employee Handbook.
Undertake other duties and tasks that from time to time may be allocated to the jobholder that are appropriate to the grade of the job. The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or possess equivalent sector experience, and vocational qualifications in Learning & Development are desirable.

You will also need the following experience:

Experience of eLearning L&D platforms
Design, create L&D content
Delivering virtual workshops
Project Management
Knowledge of GDPR
Transition to eLearning platform
Previous Direct Sales experience (desirable)You will have the following Abilities/Skills/Knowledge:

eLearning / Digital application / integration of L&D material
Organisational and planning skills to ensure the effective running of workshops and activities
Must be able to successfully prioritise and manage a number of concurrent initiatives
Able to build a rapport and show empathy
Ability to handle confidential information
Presentation skills in a formal setting, together with developing written skills and visual skills
Digital application / integration of L&D material/ Offering a blended learning approach
Advanced level of IT skills especially Word, Excel, Powerpoint packages
Organisational skills with attention to detail
