Job Description

Daily duties are likely to involve the following:-

* Utilising the in-house database advising customers on the telephone of the best options for insurance. No sales are involved so purely a customer service-related experience and suggesting other products

* Dealing with all enquires in a professional, courteous manner

* Working as part of the team

* Being able to converse at all levels with customers

* Inputting accurate information

What we need from you:-

* Previous experience within the insurance sector or similar

* Excellent communication skills

* Strong PC skills

* Own transport due to location

Working Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm and one Saturday per month 9am – 1pm
