Job Description

This established Advisory firm seek an IFA Administrator in Nottinghamshire to provide advanced business support for two Financial Planners.

Responsibilities

* To be proactive and able to multi-task whilst providing research, client valuations and processing new business

* A high level of organisation skills required around general financial services administration

* To compile basic suitability reports from structured templates. E.g. fund switches, OEIC to ISA, and client review letters

* Preparing research, agendas, and paperwork for client review meetings

* Being responsible for following process and procedures

* To act as a liaison point for clients and providers

* To maintain and update client information, within Iress Xplan and AWS Morningstar

* Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role

Your Skills

* Keen to develop your industry knowledge – the company will offer a supportive environment for continual learning

* Competent IT user, a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Outlook

* Working knowledge of XPLAN Software and AWS Morningstar would be an advantage

* Have at least 4 years plus relevant experience, within a senior administrational role in Financial Services

* Experience within report writing

* A competitive salary of £22K to 26K dependent upon financial services experience and knowledge

* Working hours – 35 hours per week. Flexibility to work 8-4 or 9-5 on a rota, following successful probation period. Finish at 4pm on Friday. Working from home is an option after one years’ service
