Human Resources Advisor – Permanent Contract Available
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor with good all round generalist experience to join our growing team at a time of continued company growth through acquisition.
We are a small, busy team, which will give the opportunity for you to get involved with the full spectrum from TUPE, policies, organisation design and much more. You role will include but not be limited to:
First line of support to Manager and Employees on all matters
Assists in development and implementation of Human Resource policies and procedures.
Supports a broad range of human resource activities, including employee relations, employee engagement, M&A activities, performance management, compensation, on-boarding, and employment transactions.
Handles employee enquiries recommending solutions and escalating appropriately.
Assists HR Business Partners and HR Leadership team with administrative duties as needed to support the business.
Management of day to day benefit administration and policy management
Participates in or may lead various projects across the company as assigned.
Performs other related duties as assigned and required
Previous demonstratable experience within a similar generalist role essential.
CIPD Level 5 Desired
Previous working knowledge within EMEA region desirable but not essential

Flexible and able to work within a fast paced and changing environment while meeting deadlines.
