Job Description

World leading FM company are seeking a Total FM Facilities Manager to look after a Senior and two Primary schools.

You will be managing everything from the cleaners, caretakers, technicians, contractors, health & safety

The ideal candidate will have PFI contract knowledge / experience, also able to pass a enhanced DBS check

Responsibilities:

Develops management resource plans to meet operational needs and change
Ensure correct commercial procedures are followed
Adhered to and the Account is not exposed to financial risk.
PPM / Reactive maintenance
Utilise CAFM system to maximum effect on the Account: operational delivery, commercial and demonstrating best practice
Support the Account Manager in developing the successful strategy for the
Develop operational structure to suit the specific needs of the Account

Qualifications:

IOSH or NEBOSH
SSSTS or SMSTS
Technical qualification
