Digital Change Manager
Working as a key member of the Digital and Data programmes, this will be an integral role to HMLR, as you will improve the capacity and capability for change management within the programmes. This will involve helping to provide visibility of the impact and scale of change across the organisation, supporting the use of our People Change Framework and the application of change methodology across HMLR.
Digital Change Manager Responsibilities:
It will be a busy and varied role, working closely with the Product and Development teams to understand, impact assess and effectively implement change. You will also work with HMLR Change Managers, the Portfolio Office, Benefits Team and Programme Managers to ensure consistency in the application of change methodology and benefits management.
You will provide practical “on the ground” support for the programmes, ensuring successful implementation of change for both HMLRs customers and staff.. Part of the role will be to consider customer, people and business impacts of all change initiatives by engaging with key stakeholders, seeking expert input and feedback, whilst supporting the development and implementation of a communications and engagement strategy for all affected stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you must demonstrate your knowledge of programme and project management, as a team player, who builds trusted working relationships at all levels and is able to constructively challenge in a professional environment, where necessary.
You will be able to provide evidence of active involvement in delivering technology focused change initiatives and supporting benefits realisation. You will need to demonstrate experience of working with development teams and technology specialists, continuously improving services and ways of working. In addition you will have knowledge of change management methodologies and practice, with the ability to follow a change management framework.
Digital Change Manager Requirements:
– Knowledge of programme and project Management
– Knowledge of change management methodologies and practice
– It is desirable that you possess a Change Management practitioner level qualification, although we are able to support you with this.
