REF 20327 – ASSISTANT MANAGER – NOTTINGHAM AREA – £UP TO 23,000 (DOE) 35 HOURS PER WEEK – INNOVATIVE 3RD SECTOR DISABILITIES PROVIDER – GOOD RATED SPECIALIST CARE SERVICE – PLUS EXTENSIVE BENEFITS AND CAREER PROGRESSION

Forest Care Selection are currently working in partnership with a forward-thinking third sector provider of community based and residential care settings to adults with acquired brain injury, learning disabilities, complex physical disabilities and individuals with autism.

This quality focused provider has a requirement for an Assistant Manager to work within their established Good rated residential care home in the Nottingham area.

The Assistant Manager in Nottingham will oversee a team delivering the highest standards of care to Younger Adults with a Physical Disability.

The Assistant Manager in Nottingham will lead a team of Care and Support Workers to provide the highest standards of Person-Centred care.

The Assistant Manager in Nottingham will oversee the staff team and with the Registered Manager ensure they are appropriately supervised, trained and motivated.

The Assistant Manager in Nottingham will deputise for the Registered Manager and assist in ensuring the service is fully compliant with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

The Assistant Manager in Nottingham will assist the Registered Manager with budget and financial management where applicable.

The Assistant Manager in Nottingham will need to have a positive mindset and have a passion for supporting individuals with a Disability.

The Assistant Manager in Nottingham will need to hold Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent and have experience of leading and motivating care teams as well as internal auditing and excellent knowledge of CQC requirements.

Successful candidates will enjoy a healthy hourly rate of up to £23,000 per annum and a range of benefits, training opportunities and career progression in line with a provider of this type.
