Customer Success Coordinator

25,000 – 27,000 (Neg)

Customer Success Coordinator needed for a superb permanent career opportunity based in Leicester. Start ideally in Oct/Nov 2020.

A chance to join an established and expanding technology business providing software into the Education sector.

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 crisis this employer will conduct interviews by phone / video-call. There is also scope to work remotely / WFH until lock-down restrictions are lifted.

Key skills, experience + duties will include:

Driving day-to-day customer success activities for 'behaviour management' software, from initial on-boarding through to continued client retention + engagement.

Must offer in-depth customer service, client engagement/retention, complaints handling + customer account management experience.

Developing strategies + initiatives through data analysis, project planning + customer engagement.

Driving customer journey improvements / efficiencies by developing an in-depth understanding of customer behaviour.

Working across the full customer experience journey (from initial sale through to renewal); with a view to increasing client retention, reduce churn + increase upselling / cross-selling opportunities.

Building a detailed understanding of customer behaviours + developing recommendations / strategies improve customer satisfaction metrics.

Proven customer-facing experience, including face-to-face, phone, email + client presentations.

Any experience of Salesforce or CRM software would be helpful.

Education sector experience would be an advantage (-eg- Schools, Colleges, Academies + Educational Technology)
