A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a “Customer Service Team Leader” to join a reputable business in Belper. You will be employed on a permanent basis in a “family-friendly feel “call centre which is located in the easily accessible Belper area of Derbyshire and has free on-site parking.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
Excellent I.T knowledge, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, highly analytical with attention to detail and
Excellent motivation and team management skills
Fundamental understanding of contact centre operational management and the ability to work on own initiative with a pro-active approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and the flexibility to work within fluctuating business needs and tight deadlines
Be prepared to challenge the ‘status quo’ and influence directional change

Within this position, you’ll also be:
Managing a team of customer service agents while working alongside the other Operations Managers both field and office based to ensure alignment of goals and delivery of objectives.
The building of close inter- departmental working relationships based upon fundamental appreciation of the needs and requirements of customers, other departments and the wider business is an important element of this role
Managing and supporting teams to ensure delivery of targets and consistent development.
Supporting and mentoring of development programme. Effectively influencing cross functional teams
Consistently delivering optimum efficiency of resource.
Presenting clear M.I data
Working with current processes and delivering improvements to operational functions
Delivering excellent customer Service to both Internal and external customers through implementing best practice
Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £25,000- £27,000
Working hours are fully flexible 42.75hrs Mon – Sunday floor requires cover 7.30am – 7.30pm Monday – Friday, weekend cover via phone on a rota basis.
