£20,000 + 25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays + Further Benefits

A global Facilities Management & Technical Services provider with an industry leading reputation. Your new role
Working Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm across a public sector contract.
Sorting correspondence (emails, mail, letters, reports etc), data entry, updating trackers, logging tickets on the system, using be-spoke CAFM system.
Working closely with the client and stakeholders across the business and working closely with the management team to support across the portfolio.
Engaging with the engineers closely, chasing sub-contactors for paperwork.
Supporting with administration duties, word, PowerPoint, outlook. What you'll need to succeed
Experience in an administration / customer service role, is essential
Ideally worked within the facilities management industry
Experience using a CAFM system (maximo, concept, planet etc) & strong knowledge using MS programmes.
