Customer Service Advisor
Location: Corby
Salary: £Competitive
Full Time Permanent
Monday to Friday (working 13:45 – 22:00)

Are you looking for an opportunity with a leading global business? If the answer is YES, our client is recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join the team on a fixed shift of Monday to Friday, working 13:45 – 22:00.
What will you be doing?
As the successful Customer Service Advisor, you will ultimately be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service through handling customer enquiries via inbound telephone calls for the service they offer.
Initially this will be booking engineer visits with the view of adding additional service skills of the below in the near future:

Registering appliance warranties
*
Offering extended warranties
*
Identifying and ordering spare parts and accessories
*
Providing and assisting with troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance of an appliance
*
Providing pre-purchase advice and replacement appliances.
You will ensure that telephone calls are handled promptly, efficiently and meet their Call and Quality Targets. With strong communication skills you will maintain a professional attitude, building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers in addition to their contact centres in other countries. You will also adhere to GDPR legislation and ensure full confidentiality at all times.
