The ONE Group are working with a well known household brand who are growing at a substantial rate, they currently have a brilliant opportunity to join their Customer Service team. This is an great opportunity for someone who would like to a join a company that are growing at a rapid rate and love to develop their current staff.
This role will include but not be limited to liaising with large branded accounts, general administration duties, liaising with team leaders and management to contribute figures and data, management of orders and work to SLAs, and build relationships with current clients.
The ideal candidate will come from a customer service/account management background with at least 1 – 2 years experience, have great attention to detail, proficient on excel and data manipulation, have a great work ethic and bubbly personality.
