Customer Service Advisor – Lincoln £26k – £28k + Bonus

The Role – Customer Service Advisor

This is an internal office-based Customer Service role, and you will be helping and working alongside the internal sales team and management team – dealing with all client queries and requirements – fun & busy role!

* Dealing with incoming enquires form existing customers that place orders & have account based questions

* Working on the IT system to provide accurate and requested information

* Dealing with delivery dates & couriers

* Working closley with the internal team

* Capture clients’ needs and recommend additional products from the existing range

* Learn and understand over 100 product lines and SKU’s

* Promoting the company product range to existing & new customers

* Preparation of relevant costing spreadsheets when required on larger clients

* Gain competitor knowledge to achieve your business function effectively

* Analyse client spend data to identify areas of decreased or new sales opportunities

* Immerse yourself in each client to become their preferred supplier

* Action and monetise incoming enquires and then achieve continuous client status

* Update in house CRM system with client progress, reports and sales data

The Person – Skills Required – Customer Service Advisor

* Previous experience of dealing with customers/clients

* Hands on experience with managing customer relationships

* Must have a technical mind and able to absorb multiple category ranges

* Excellent communication, written and IT skills including Excel

* Results orientated individual with the hunger to achieve great results

* Competent negotiation, communication and objection handling skills

* Capable of working with a high degree of autonomy – Customer Service Advisor

* Ambitious with the want to progress and develop your skill set

* Good team player working towards common goals and sharing ideas
