Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £20,000 per annum
Full-Time: 37.5 hour working week
Shifts Patterns: Between Monday – Friday 08:00 – 20:00, Saturday 09:00 – 16:00, Sunday 10:00 – 16:00.

Our client is currently recruiting for Full Time Customer Service Advisors to join their teams on a temp to permanent basis.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisors:
Based in our clients modern and well equipped head office as a customer service advisor you will be responsible the first point of contact for customers, offering information on queries regarding our client’s products. You will also be required to build great rapport with each client and it is imperative that you deliver excellent levels of customer service throughout.
Working in a regulated setting means Agents are responsible for delivering a compliant, professional and personable service.
Skills Required of the Customer Service Advisor:
Previous experience of working in a customer service/admin related role
Excellent communication skills
Be competent using a PC/keyboard
Be enthusiastic and flexible with the ability to work as part of a team
