Customer Service Advisor, £19-19.5k, Watnall
Due to expansion we are looking to help recruit an experienced customer service advisor to join a medium sized team.
Working in a friendly office you will be producing quotations for customers and discussing the best option for each customer depending on their requirements and liaising with third parties to find the best fit.
Discussing and arranging insurance cover
Negotiating policy terms and costs through insurer systems
Enters and transmits information by accessing insurer quote systems
Provides product/service information by answering questions/offering assistance
Enhances organisation reputation by offering great customer care.
This is office based Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm although you will be working from home at the minute due to the current situation.
As the Customer Service Advisor you will be working in a friendly team with a great working environment.
So as the customer service advisor what will you need to have ?
Experience in office-based Customer Service
Good reading and writing skills
Strong grammar and spelling
Competent keyboard and data entry skills
An ability to work individually and as part of a team
The ability to concentrate for long periods of time
