This role

The team will carry out risk assessments to determine the appropriate support and team response in MTVH and identify referrals to external Partnerships, multi-agency and specialist support services. Seamless liaison between in-house teams is essential to the success of the Customer Risk Triage function and good outcomes for our customers. The ability to complete accurate assessments, based on identification of all known risks and support needs of an individual, family or group, is a central requirement of the role.

This role will initially be based at Raleigh House, but moving to Waterfront House, Beeston in the new year. Due to current Covid guidelines the team are currently working from home.

This is a fixed term contract until 31/03/2021.

What you'll need to succeed

Accurate and objective investigation and report writing skills as well as excellent communication skills. Natural advocate for our Customers with a person-centred approach. It is essential you have the confidence to make decisions ensuring you are balancing risk whilst being results orientated.
