Compliance Investigations Officer
£32,000 – £34,000 per annum

We are the UK’s largest workforce provider, proudly partnering with some of the country’s best-loved brands for over 30 years. We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Officer to join our growing Shared Service in Nottingham in NG2.
As a Compliance Investigation Officer, you will be leading on Compliance investigations, from the first query, through the case to closure. The ideal candidate will have a methodical, organised approach with an inquisitive nature, as well as having the ability to quickly build relationships.

The Compliance Investigation Officer Role
Have a clear understanding of our company operating procedures, keeping in line with any changes to legislation and updating our operation
Work in line with GLAA standards, Home office rules and BIS Conduct Regulations; communicating with third parties to ensure full compliance
Work with local police forces, the GLAA and our clients, fully cooperating with their requests for information, working in a discretionary manner
Manage worker complaints, working alongside the People team and our sites, initiating investigations, and following through to resolution. Collating complaints for the department and maintaining a full audit trail during the process
Assist the Head of compliance, Compliance Investigations Manager and compliance officers to raise awareness on the subject of Modern Slavery, cascading information to our sites and assisting with any queries
Conduct training sessions on Compliance investigations to onsite staff
Who are we looking for?
You will have excellent interpersonal skills, dealing directly with the GLAA and Police force
Adaptable, thoughtful, clear with concise delivery of information to all colleagues and external parties, with the ability to offer insights rather than just providing facts
A full UK driving license with access to your own transport
The ability to work to deadlines and respond quickly to changing demands, with an organised approach
You will have strong communication, with the ability to work with discretion
Effective use of initiative with strong organisational skills
