Adoption and Change Specialist. (Outside IR35)
Seven Social Care is looking for a Change Project Manager to fill an exclusive opportunity in Northamptonshire.
The Future Northants Programme is working to deliver two new unitary authorities in Northamptonshire, replacing the existing county council and 7 district/borough councils. The programme is one of the most exciting change programmes happening in local government.
We are looking for an adoption and change specialist with a track record in delivering large technology change programmes across complex organisations. Ideally, the change will have brought together disparate teams onto a new technology, and you will have detailed experience of Office 365 implementation, along with Enterprise Resource Planning.
Deliverables for our Adoption and Change Specialist
Creation of an adoption and change strategy for MS 365
QA and improve adoption and change approaches for our other ICT projects in the programme
Lead stakeholder engagement and ensure that stakeholders are engaged with the coming cultural and technology change
Work with communications professionals and the project team to create timely and engaging briefings
Devise and implement metrics to understand the success of adoption (MS365) and produce a strategy to improve it
Lead business adoption, and bring in data protection professionals and other service inputs to the technical delivery to ensure the build meets professional and user needs
Direct learning and development on the adoption of Microsoft learning pathways
Experienced project delivery professional with a track record of implementing enterprise technology projects in complex organisations
Experienced in delivering organisational benefits from Office 365 and new ways of working
Experienced in ERP and employee self service (desirable)
Highly influential, persuasive with a gravitas to engage senior stakeholders
Strong relationships with Microsoft and delivering benefits with technology
Experience in local government (desirable)
