Central Change Manager
This will be an integral role to HMLR, you will improve the capacity and capability for change management within programmes and projects. This will involve providing visibility of the impact and scale of change across the organisation, supporting the use of our People Change Framework and the application of change methodology across HMLR.
Central Change Manager Responsibilities:
It will be a busy, challenging and rewarding role, working closely with the Senior Change Managers, the Portfolio Office, Benefits Team, Programme and Project Managers to ensure consistency in the application of change methodology and benefits management.
You will provide practical “on the ground” support for projects and programmes, contributing to consistency in the application of change methodology. Part of the role will be to consider people and business impacts of all change initiatives by engaging with key stakeholders, seeking expert input and feedback, whilst supporting the development and implementation of a communications and engagement strategy for all affected stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you must demonstrate your knowledge of programme and project management, you will be a valued team player, who builds trusted working relationships at all levels and is able to constructively challenge in a professional environment, where necessary.
You will be able to provide evidence of active involvement in delivering change initiatives and supporting benefits realisation. You will need to demonstrate experience of continuously improving services and ways of working. In addition, you must have knowledge of change management methodologies and practice, with the ability to follow a change management framework.
Central Change Manager Requirements:
– Knowledge of programme and project Management
– Knowledge of change management methodologies and practice
– It is desirable that you possess a Change Management practitioner level qualification, although we are able to support you with this.
