The Company

Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for a Care Manager for our client based in Nottingham, this role is a permanent 35 hours per week.

The Role

As the Care Manager, you will ensure of the best care delivered across the service, assisting the Registered Manager, and assisting with the management of the coordiantion of staff.

You will also assume line management responsibility for a group of staff which may include Team Leaders. Assist and support the Registered Manager in setting and monitoring of budgets, participate in the on call rota, and prepare or contribute to Service User review process, ensuring the care that is being practised, best fits the needs of the service users.

This service works with young adults with physical disabilities.

The Candidate

The successful person will hold a QCF (NVQ) level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification in Social Care/Health, and be confident with CQC legislation.

This role would suit an experienced senior team member, having experience of management would be advantageous. As well as possessing in depth knowledge of statutory requirements; CQC legislation and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of working in complex services, as well as knowledge of cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, spina bifida and arthritis or multiple sclerosis.
