This role is to cover maternity leave for a busy business analyst within our corporate services directorate. Focused on supporting delivery of projects across the corporate plan, the business analyst role is pivotal in capturing requirements and business processes to ensure change management is appropriate for how people work.
The business analyst works with colleagues across all areas of the business, so understanding our make up and liaising with a cross section of colleagues is essential. This role has the responsibility in capturing requirements, processes and data flows while applying appropriate challenge and identifying business improvements.
Expert knowledge and of business analysis tools and techniques and an ability to clearly document business requirements and processes. You will need to be able to analyse data and requirements to provide insight and recommendations to feed into change projects. You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to foster good working relationships. This role works cross functionally, you will need to either have direct or relatable business experience and an affinity to the work of social housing.
This role is a 12 months maternity cover located in Nottingham but requires some traveling to other sites.
