The Company:

Our client is a successful and expanding trusted supplier of technology to the financial services industry which produces a range of desktop and web-based wealth management software solutions.  The have a horizontal structure and are looking for flexible candidates who are great communicators with people at all levels – both internally and externally.

The Role:

I am looking for an Agile Delivery Manager / Scrum Master (Financial Services Software) who will be responsible for the effective delivery of products and services for Wealth Management clients in the UK and Europe. The Agile Delivery Manager / Scrum Master will co-ordinate and manage internal delivery teams including Business Analysts, Professional Services and Support using Agile methodology to facilitate successful delivery of multiple projects and products (a range of desktop and web based wealth management software solutions).

You will be working closely with the Project Management team to ensure the delivery of projects on time, within budget and quality and be responsible for building and maintaining project teams, ensuring they are working effectively.

You will be the first point of contact for internal stakeholders on delivery requirements, ensuring project teams are sufficiently resourced and be responsible for the prioritisation of project and team deliverables and ensure the resolution of issues and blockers.

There will be regular status & budget reporting to Management team and Client Managers. And you will manage Support SLAs at level 1 & 2 and the Business Analyst & Professional Services support work streams while working alongside Development and Product Management.  

You will attend daily Development stand-up meetings, chair daily project focused stand-up meetings and facilitate knowledge sharing across delivery teams ensuring delivery teams remain goal focused.

A key part of the role is to facilitate full Agile processes across all delivery teams including coaching and mentoring.

It would be desirable if you were Scrum Master certified, had a Project Management qualification and were ITIL certified.

The role is based in Leicester but there is currently a large element of remote working, that my client foresees continuing into the future. You would need to be within a reasonable commuting distance of central Leicester.
