The Brewster Partners Recruitment Group are currently working alongside a well-known business to recruit a 1st Line Customer Service Executive on an ongoing temporary basis.

The role is part of a brand new team within the business and aims to provide excellent customer service to resolve all stores IT issues.


As 1st Line Customer Service Executive your duties will include:

Speaking with stores to log any IT issues
Diagnosing IT issues
Liaising with the IT team THE PERSON

Previous experience of working within a fast paced customer service environment
Available to start immediately
Work from home initially
Flexible on working hours as shifts involved – earliest shift pattern will be 07.30am – 3.30pm and latest is 12 noon – 8pm. Must be available to work the occasional weekend. THE BENEFITS
